a black-and-white mixed Myakka City (yeehaw), Florida-born artist, I'm a make-believer at heart. Since the days of acting out my Barbie dolls and making up zombie apocalypse stories with my neighbors in my backyard, I’ve developed into a full-fledged actor. My love of acting actually transpired from my love of slides—I watched a production of The Little Mermaid JR. and watched the children’s choir go down a bright yellow slide and I was sold: acting was it. 

Since then, I’ve grown into a firm believer in the imagination of children (and kids at heart); my passions lie with risk-taking art that connects people to themselves and each other. I'm passionate about building a community with the arts and embracing the imperfect and the truth- but I'm always searching for my truth.

 

Currently, I’m headed to Elon University to earn my BFA in Musical Theatre, but I'm always working on something else- so don’t be afraid to ask!

My (current) why: I believe that stories (in any form) can help people feel more comfortable with themselves, and with the beautiful diversity of the world around them.
